Delivery Information
Please make sure that we have your correct address and contact
details. Where specific access constraints may occur, please
advice in advance, i.e. low bridges or electric gates. If you wish
to make any changes to your delivery dates or address please
contact us 5 days before your scheduled delivery.
Once the order has be placed and on receipt of payment,
Tubs & Tiles Transport Department will contact you the
following day to confirm the delivery date. On the day
prior to your delivery, you will receive a second call to
confirm the delivery time providing a three hour window
for the delivery.
We will be able to provide you with the driver’s telephone
number the day before the delivery.
Assistance
To keep the cost of delivery as low as possible our drivers
work alone, so please ensure suitable assistance is
available to help unload any heavy items.
Your material will be delivered directly to your front door
on the ground floor or your garage.
Delivery Promise
Tubs & Tiles offer a minimum
72 hour delivery service directly
to your door. Deliveries are made
between Monday to Friday.
Check Your Delivery
Please take time to check your delivery immediately upon
receipt. Please ensure you undertake an item or carton count
at a minimum before the driver leaves. If something is missing
or you are in anyway unhappy with your delivery please,
contact us at the store immediately and we will arrange to
put things right as fast as we possibly can.
48 hours
At Tubs & Tiles we cannot consider any claims for damage
made more than 48 hours after your delivery. We ask that
all goods are checked by yourself. Should there be a problem,
please report it to the store within 48 hour of your delivery.
Delivery Charge
There is a minimum delivery charge of €40 per order. Please ask
staff for details. If you are not at home to receive the delivery
as scheduled, there will be an additional deliver charge of €40
for the second call out.
