RETURNS

  1. We cannot accept tile returns, this is due to shade variations. Please confirm measurements with your tiler before ordering.
  2. A 100% non refundable deposit is required on all tile special orders.
  3. A 100% non refundable deposit is required on all plumbing special orders.
  4. Strictly no return on any plumbing or tile special order products.
  5. Heat Merchants Group reserves the right to apply a restocking charge up to and including 15% where applicable.
  6. If you have returns within the terms & conditions, we only accept returns accompanied with proof of purchase within 28 days of purchase.

 

PAYMENT

  1. We do not accept cheques as method of payment for collections same day.
  2. Cheques take 10 - 14 days to clear, no goods will be dispatched until cheque clears.
  3. Payment accepted by cash, debit or credit card. We also accept electronic funds transfer (EFT). Please allow 24hrs for funds to transfer depending on your bank.
  4. Same day refunds can be granted through the same tender, i.e. cash debit/credit card. Card refunds MUST be back on the same card (EU Requirement) Card refunds can take between 5 and 7 working days depending on your bank.
  5. As our branches do not carry large volumes of cash on the premises, any refunds after initial date of receipt may need to come through our Business Support Office by cheque or EFT, please allow 5-7 working days for these to be processed.

 

CHECK YOUR MEASUREMENTS

We cannot accept tile returns, this is due to shade variations. Please confirm measurements with your tiler before ordering.

We cannot exchange plain tiles for décor tiles after tiles have been delivered. Please make sure your planned design works. Staff are happy to plan you bathroom tiles on DreamSpace design tool.

Please get installer to confirm shower door measurements before ordering your shower door, as we cannot accept shower door returns if original bands/seals have been removed.

Please get your installer to confirm bathroom furniture application and measurements before ordering, as we cannot accept furniture returns once removed from their original box.

DELIVERY SERVICE

We offer a delivery service with a minimum charge of €45

For insurance reasons our drivers cannot bring product into your home, so please ensure there is suitable help on site.

Our service is door to door providing that your driveway or yard is suitable for a pallet truck to drive over i.e. a solid smooth surface.

Due to the nature of our product we deliver using trucks not vans. Please ensure a vehicle equivalent to an oil or bin truck can easily access your property.

Good are delivered on pallets. Our drivers do not have the facility to take these pallets back - these can be dropped back to branch if required.

 

CHECK YOUR DELIVERY

Please check all box descriptions on collection or delivery to ensure you have received the correct items before opening boxes, goods need to be in a resalable condition if return is necessary.

Please take time to check your delivery. Discrepancies or damages must be reported within 48 hours to Branch with a photograph in order for us to arrange replacements - we do not entertain claims for damages after 48 hours.

Ensure all items are checked before installation as we cannot accept claims for errors on delivery outside the 48 hour period.

 

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Tile samples require a minimum €5 charge which is refundable when you place an order or by returning the sample.

Tubs & Tiles do not offer a fitting service, while we do highly recommend trades people we cannot be held liable for their work as they are self employed, please ensure you are satisfied with the chosen trades-person before allowing them to begin any work in your home.
