How can I place my order for collection?
You can collect your order from any one of our many local showrooms.
First select the showroom where you would like to collect your order on the product listing or product details page. If you would like to collect your order regularly from this showroom, you can save the selected showroom as your ‘default’ for future orders.
Next click on ‘Collection’ and your product will be added to the cart with the shipping method already selected.
If you decide you would rather have your order shipped directly to you, you can change your shipping method to ‘Delivery’ from the cart. Find out more about our Delivery service here.
What happens once I've placed my Order?
We will send you an email when your order is ready to be collected.
Orders received by 3pm can be collected in the branch during opening hours on the next working day if all stock is available in the local showroom
If we need to get some of your products from central warehouse, it may take 3-4 days for your order to be ready for collection
If collecting more than 10 boxes of tiles, please note that the tile boxes may be very heavy and not be suitable for transportation in a car. It is suggested you arrange for more robust transport or arrange for delivery.
You must report any damages, shortages or incorrect items to the showroom where you collected your order within 48 hours of collection.
