The Tubs & Tiles Commercial Team collaborated with MHL Hotel Collection, Azure Contracting, and Millimetre Design on the extensive refurbishment of over 100 bedrooms at the five-star College Green Hotel, an iconic landmark in the heart of Dublin City Centre.

The Tubs & Tiles Commercial Team are honoured to have collaborated once again with Millimetre Design, in partnership with MHL Group and Azure Contracting, to deliver high-quality, design-led bathroom solutions for over 100 luxurious bedrooms in the five-star College Green Hotel. Our Commercial team worked closely with Millimetre Design to ensure that the products selected not only met the design brief, but also upheld the elegant and timeless aesthetic of the hotel.
For the bathrooms, the design direction focused on fusing classic elegance with contemporary finishes. The chosen tile – Caspio White by Cifre – delivers just that. With its elegant grey veining and gold accents on a pristine white background, the marble-effect ceramic tile enhances each bathroom with a unique and natural visual texture.
Curated Finishing Touches for Luxury & Functionality
For College Green Hotel, our commercial team handpicked every detail of the bathrooms to strike the right balance between luxury and everyday practicality. The Escape Full Height Shower Wall and Anti-Slip Shower Tray were chosen for their sleek design and safety features, creating a spacious, relaxing experience. Meanwhile, the Axor Montreux Concealed Shower Valve and Hansgrohe Overhead Soaker bring a touch of indulgence to every shower.
The D-Neo Rimless Wall Hung Pan and D-Code Undermount Basin by Duravit were selected not only for their modern, clean look but also for their functionality - perfect for the high standards of a luxury hotel. For brassware, the Axor Montreux 3 Tap Hole Mixer in chrome adds elegance and timeless appeal, perfectly complementing the overall design.
Finally, the HiB Nano Range accessories, including towel rails, robe hooks, and grab bars, are designed to be both practical and stylish. Together, these pieces create a bathroom that feels like a personal retreat - beautiful, comfortable, and built to last.
