TBB Fitness Coonagh
Located in Coonagh, Limerick, TBB Fitness is a premium gym and fitness centre designed to deliver high-performance training within a visually striking and functional environment. The space caters to a wide range of fitness enthusiasts - from strength and functional training to group classes - all wrapped in a modern, high-energy atmosphere.
Tubs & Tiles is proud to have collaborated with the award-winning Serpentine Interiors, led by Helena Grimes and Tracey Collins, to supply a wide range of premium tiles, sanitary ware, and bathroom accessories that meet both the practical and aesthetic demands of this cutting-edge facility.
The design brief for TBB Coonagh called for a sleek, durable finish that could withstand heavy footfall while maintaining a polished and cohesive look. Our Commercial team worked closely with the designers to help deliver specified tile and bathroom ware solutions across the facility, from slip-resistant flooring at the entrace & recovery zones to a sophisticated selection of brassware in the bathrooms.

Bathrooms, Showers & Accessories
Blending performance and luxury, the bathrooms utilise the textured, stone-inspired Norr series by Mirage in both structured and natural finishes. These anti-slip tiles are paired with premium brassware and sanitary ware from Dornbracht, Roca, and Duravit. Roman Liberty 8 matt black framed shower enclosures with fluted glass and Dornbracht 220mm rain shower heads were chosen to deliver an opulent and functional look for the showering area.
Fixtures include:
- Dornbracht Wall-Mounted Basin Mixers in Soft Black.
- The Gap by Roca wall-hung pan (rimless).
- Roca Duplo concealed cistern with matt black flush plate.
- Duravit Durastyle Urinals.
Recovery Rooms - Accessible Design with Doc M
Accessibility was a core priority of this project, with Recovery rooms, private studio and bathroom desgined to Doc M standards - fully wheelchair accessible, fitted with the Ideal Standard Concept Freedom Doc M range to ensure all users can experience comfort, safety, and ease of use. The tiles chosen for the recovery room are Mirage Norr Svart anti-slip porcelain tiles paired with Equipe Costa Nova Praia wall tiles in matte black to create a spa-like feel while keeping the functionality and elegance in mind.
Changing Rooms
The contemporary changing rooms feature Mirage Glocal tiles in Absolute and Ginger finishes. Their subtle surface variation and R11 anti-slip properties deliver both safety and visual energy, aligning with the fitness centre's bold and modern aesthetic.
Café & Health Bar
The social heart of the facility, the café and health bar features a striking two-tone design using Vives Svenska Tre Antracita tiles and Mirage Norr Gra tiles in a large 120x120cm format - combining vibrancy with a strong, grounded finish.
