Full-time | Permanent (39 hours, Mon–Sat, 5/6 DAYS)
Remuneration Package: €30,000-€40,000 NEG + commission scheme

Due to someone retiring within Tubs & Tiles Galway, we’re hiring a Showroom Sales Consultant to support our continued growth — combining expert advice, product knowledge, and outstanding service to deliver results.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in the showroom team, engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Working in a high-end retail environment, you’ll combine sales expertise with customer service excellence to achieve targets and maintain our first-class reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Performance

• Meet or exceed individual sales and margin targets
• Promote full product range, including upselling and cross-selling
• Prepare and follow up on quotations

Customer Experience

• Deliver outstanding service for every customer
• Understand customer needs and bring their ideas to life
• Provide expert advice in a professional and timely manner

Order Management

• Track orders and deliveries
• Keep customers updated throughout the process
• Resolve any issues efficiently and take ownership

Showroom Standards & Operations

• Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation
• Support day-to-day branch operations
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Experience in a customer-facing role with high service standards
• Retail sales experience with a passion for selling
• Friendly, engaging, and professional approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Solid IT/computer skills

Desirable:

• High-end retail or showroom experience
• Tile, bathroom, or sanitary ware knowledge
• Experience in Kitchen/Bathroom Design
